Dodge City, KS – If you’ve driven past our schools recently, you might have noticed something incredibly inspiring. During the quiet summer months, our parking lots have been filling up—not for a sporting event or a regular school day, but with the vehicles of dedicated teachers, coaches, and administrators committed to improving their craft.

School might be out for the summer, but our incredible educators are still hard at work. This week, teams across USD 443 gathered to take part in intensive, curriculum-based professional learning to prepare for our newly adopted English Language Arts (ELA) materials.
