Carla Medrano has been selected the Linn Elementary’s new principal beginning with the 2024-2025 school year.  

Principal Medrano has been the Assistant Principal at Ross Elementary for one year. Prior to that, she was an instructional coach for two years, and taught kindergarten at Soule Elementary for seven years. Carla’s love for education has motivated her to grow as an educator. Professionally, she has facilitated LETRS training, served on the Culturally Responsive Multiplier Team, and assisted with planning for the Summer Institute Sessions and Writing Workshops.

According to Amy Loder, Director of Elementary Education, “Carla is dedicated to sustaining the positive culture that has been a hallmark of Linn, ensuring that our students continue to thrive academically and personally. Her dedication to student achievement is matched by her passion for building strong, supportive relationships with students, families, and staff.
