Dodge City Public Schools Receives Approval for Teacher's Contracts

Dodge City Public Schools has received strong approval for teacher’s contracts.  According to Jason Scheck, Associate Superintendent of Human Resources, “I am pleased to report that the negotiated agreement passed the teacher vote with a 92% rate, showing our continued support for our teachers.”

Sheck added, “Negotiations are not about winning or losing; it is a commitment from both parties to work together and come to an agreement that serves the best interests of everyone involved. Over the past three years, both parties have improved our approach to this commitment, and we will continue to strive to provide a contract that sets the standard for our educators in the area and the state.”
