USD 443 BOE recognizes recipients of the MOTIVOS Teacher Preparation Scholarship Program

The MOTIVOS Teacher Preparation Scholarship Program is part of an ongoing collaboration between Kansas State University (KSU), Dodge City Public Schools (DCPS), and Dodge City Community College (DCCC). The program will add teachers of Color to the workforce and prepare educators who are equipped to serve culturally and linguistically diverse learners effectively. The project will create a systematic pathway for bilingual high school students to seamlessly transition to higher education teacher preparation, graduation, and induction in the DCPS district.
