Required Materials for Submission
The following materials must be submitted a minimum of THREE WEEKS prior to the desired distribution date via email, U.S. mail, or drop off for consideration of distribution.
- Sample of flyer or material intended for distribution (including the required disclaimer statement).
- Complete contact information including:
- First and last name
- Company/organization name
- Address with ZIP Code
- Contact phone number
- Desired distribution date
The following disclaimer is required on ALL flyers distributed in the Dodge City Public Schools.
